About company

We and our work policies:

As a group of associates and professionals we’ve been acting since the year 2001. In 2008 our company got through a facelift and increased its staff significantly.

Our mission is to facilitate medium and small businesses of Ukraine, Europe and CIS by their effectivization and value enhancement via involvement of the most effective specialists, their training and assessment.

Therefore our actualization and development take place in improvement of ours and others life quality.

Our company possess the broad network of offices. Our representatives can be found in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhya, Lugansk, Cherkasy, Poltava. We also engage 13 freelancers from other regional and district centers.

Our team is a part of RTC group. This state of things provides our clients with comprehensive business services.

We level up our personnel high competence constantly. To this effect our company uses internal Recruiter Training School.

Client Service Rules and Principles

Partnership. While solving any of issues granted to us we expect a Client to cooperate, assist and provide us with copious information regarding the problem.

We do not compete with internal HR’s and other Client’s staff. We consider all of us to be a joint team aimed at shared objective.

Trust. We trust our Client and his experience. We also count on him trusting our longstanding background in the way we usually credit an Expert (e.g. a lawer).

Privacy. During a project we investigate it at large, uncovering lots of client’s business details but at the same time showing a little bit of our backstage (for example, information concerning candidates that are not employed or aren’t seeking for an employment at the moment). We ensure absolute privacy of information and expect our Clients to do the same.

Quality. We offer the services and solve issues which are covered by our field of competence only. We take the consequences of our decisions not only by our reputation but also financially.

Legerity and reaction rate. Labour market is a dynamically changing environment. We react  on its shifts on the fly, change our search and shortlisting tactics and strategy. We understand that professionals should be made ‘while the sun shines’. We neither ‘marinade’ nor ‘presoak’ (longlasting ratification, multi-level interviews and lie-detector test), but tend to make an offer to a worthy candidate as quick as possible seeing that he or she could be lured. We expect our Clients to do the same.

Self-consistency and compliance with treaty commitments. In our business it’s impossible to  commit all the nuances in writing – lots of agreements remain nuncupative. We incur a liability for any parole promise and can endorse every voiced word. We expect our Clients to do the same.

Business ethics. We remember the principle ‘Nothing personal, just business’ but even so we believe that our work bases primarily on human relationships. We try to act towards both a Client and a Job Applicant as ethical as possible. We expect our Clients to do the same.
