If you need any consultation considering job search, you may contact our consultants and ask them a question in any favourable form.
Our work with candidates is basing on the next principles:
- Privacy – information about you can be provided to our Clients with your privacy and consent only;
- Do no harm! – we don’t call to the place of your current work aiming to check your references;
- Transparency – we provide you to the utmost with information about an employer (except the sensible one), give a quick feedback after Client’s consideration of your candidature, let you have the results of testing or other assessing procedures if any;
- Objectivity – while conducting an interview we lean on objective assessment methods only and examine your candidature from the point of view of our Client without adding a drop of our personal attitude;
- Free-of-charge basis – we get payments from employer only. We do not accept any rewards from candidates;
- Warranties – we guarantee observation of this principles but NOT the job placement because such a decision is made be employer and candidate solely.

Your CV must necessarily contain:
- Your goal (name the desirable position and the level of minimum wage)
- Working background
- Education degrees (basic and further)
- Additional information (skills and competence)
