Executive search. This technology is used for searching top-managers or people of uncommon professional occupation. Our consultants in this case peg at Client’s rivals staff or area aces who are not seeking a job at the moment.  This activity demands high-level proficiency and great experience, thus only our leading consultants and sometimes a cofounder as an exceptional case work at such an order. Within the framework of the Executive Search we propose at least three candidates for a position. Search period depends on degree of position complexity and may vary from 4 weeks to 3 months.

Recruitment. This technology is used for searching for middle and lower level specialists. The main sources are agency’s own CV database (about 50 000 specialists from every corner of Ukraine) plus open sources of similar information. Search period varies from 2 to 4 weeks.

Mass Recruitment. This technology is intended to be used for quick recruitment of numerous staff (20 people and more) needed by recently founded or actively extending businesses. For such projects our specialists show readiness to recruit as much staff as possible whereever in Ukraine, in any place, covered by offices of our company. Search period depends on the complexity of a task and may vary from a week to three weeks.

Assessment-center. Since 2005 our company has gained success at developing and carrying assessment-centers. Such a service includes working-out of tools based on yours competency framework, assessment and making reports. Execution period sets individually as staff quantity and assessment complexity may vary.

Salary and emoluments surveys. At the very beginning of proceeding your order our consultants will inform you whether your call complies with current labour market. But if you get interested in personalized information considering salaries you can order a survey which will be prepared within the shortest possible period of time. Such a survey may be either general or branch-wise. Survey based on salaries of opponent companies can be prepared optionally.
