Terms and Conditions

  • We come to the situation as agile as possible, we demonstrate maximum trueness to our standing customers who are quite possible to become our faithful partners soon after their orders were closed. The better we know your company the quicker we find personnel to satisfy your demands. Besides, we’re always ready to provide you with a consultation for free – call us or contact via on-line services.
  • You pay for result only, the result that is measurable, not just for words
  • You get candidates CVs in one format with photo and recruiter notes attached. Executive Search orders are filed with detailed candidate characteristic, abstract of interview minutes and other additional papers (testing results and so on).
  • We guarantee complete privacy to your company and announced position. Information about Client’s name and motivational package is kept in secret till the moment when a candidate becomes chosen and gets an invitation to an interview with an Employer.
  • We do not propose you candidates who demonstrate severe difference in their level from either your financial or qualification expectations.
  • We escort your interviews with candidates till the moment of signing a job offer.
  • We provide consultation service to both Client and candidate at probation during the whole period of adaptation.                                      
  • We work swiftly and agile, making changes by perforce. The speed of our reaction depends on your feedback on 80%.
  • We perform extra warranty package: candidate replacement within the period of up to half a year(!) depending on position level
  • We are maybe the one who bear both moral and financial responsibility for our work: get up to 70% of your money back in case we wouldn’t be able to replace our candidate.
  • We NEVER try to hunt a candidate who has been employed to your company through our agency. Except the case when a candidate leaves your company and enters the open labour market.
  • While working with your company we do not propose a job to your personnel, Except the cases when they enter the open labour market.
  • By pressing a button you get a pack of results at once (our representatives in 20 regions of Ukraine can help you with that) We’re able to perform few projects in different cities simultaneously (by virtue of our internal CRM-system and balanced internal communication framework)
